PE days this term are Monday and Thursday.
Please bring in pumps, wellies and spare clothes to leave in the cloakroom.
Please bring in water bottles, yellow reading records and appropriate outdoor clothing for the weather each day.
Please return all reading books on Thursdays.

This week we have been visiting our weather station daily to record rainfall and temperature in our weather diary. We have been thinking about using our 'power for good' as part of anti-bullying week. It's an unexpected end to the week! Take care and we look forward to seeing you back on Monday.

Welcome back after half term, we hope you enjoyed a nice break. This week year 1 have been exploring travelling as different animals to start our gymnastics unit in PE. We have enjoyed reading 'Zog' and set up a weather station to record rainfall and temperature next week.

We've had a great final week to the half term. The highlight has been our trip to Lotherton Hall to 'meet' Florence Nightingale.

Computing in the Hub

This week we enjoyed our first computing lesson in the Hub- which was redecorated over the summer and has new computers and furniture! We were developing our mouse skills and typing our names. We also took our science learning outside as we are observing the changes we notice across the seasons.
