This week we have been thinking about belonging and places we belong. We drew maps showing the places we feel we belong. Next Wednesday we will be having a non-uniform day to raise funds for 'mental health first aid kits' for each classroom.

This week we have been learning lots of Science. We have been recording the weather each day to identify weather patterns in winter. We have also been investigating which animals hibernate in winter. Fountains Abbey have a non-uniform day tomorrow!

Happy New Year!

Happy New Year and welcome back! We have enjoyed lots of learning this week and being back with our friends. In PE we focused on aiming at targets using an underarm throw. We started to find out about the Great Fire of London in history and began our topic on Islam in RE.
