End of Term Art
Posted: Oct 25, 2024 by: H Christie (hfountain) on: Year 3 Class Blog
The children have had lots of variety this week and have been brimming with their usual energy, despite it being the end of a long half term - well done, Year 3! They finished off today with some art work in celebration of all our great learning from Black History Month - hopefully there have been some great conversations at home about Bessie Coleman, Matthew Henson and Simone Biles, who was the focus of some art work this afternoon. We used oil pastels to create a silhouette of Biles and added some inspirational quotes around the edges.
Have a lovely half term, everyone and see you back at school on Tuesday 4th November.
