Welcome to Autumn Term in Year 2! Please find on this page all the information you might need this year. There is a long term plan as well as Autumn's knowledge organisers below, which will be updated termly. Should you need anything further, please get in touch!
Mrs Moleele will be teaching on a Monday and Tuesday and Miss Christie will teach on a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Miss Smith will support the children throughout the week with Mrs McDonald and Miss Battye sharing the week between them.

Busy week!

What a busy and enjoyable week we’ve had in Year 2!
We started with our performances of the Easy, Peasy Nativity which were fantastic. All of the children remembered their lines, the song words and when to come on and off the stage. We hope you enjoyed it if you were able to attend one of the performances.
And we have ended the week with French Day! The children have worked hard this week (alongside everything else!) to learn the words to ‘Je te souhaite in joyeux Noël’ which they sang with Year 1 for the rest of the school; we enjoyed a petit dejeuner in the hall this morning and have learnt some other phrases linked to Christmas along with French Christmas traditions. It has been a very enjoyable end to the week.
