Welcome to Autumn Term in Year 2! Please find on this page all the information you might need this year. There is a long term plan as well as Autumn's knowledge organisers below, which will be updated termly. Should you need anything further, please get in touch!
Mrs Moleele will be teaching on a Monday and Tuesday and Miss Christie will teach on a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Miss Smith will support the children throughout the week with Mrs McDonald and Miss Battye sharing the week between them.

What a fantastic first week back we have had in Year 2! The children have come back to school refreshed and enthusiastic about starting a new year.
We have started this week by reading the book ‘The Planet in a Pickle Jar’ and doing several activities around this including making a pickle jar of our own with a special memory inside that we want to preserve. These, along with a setting description of the pickle jar library and some more artwork will be displayed in time for our first parents’ evening for you all to see.
We cannot wait for the rest of this year after such an amazing start!
