Welcome to Autumn Term in Year 2! Please find on this page all the information you might need this year. There is a long term plan as well as Autumn's knowledge organisers below, which will be updated termly. Should you need anything further, please get in touch!
Mrs Moleele will be teaching on a Monday and Tuesday and Miss Christie will teach on a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Miss Smith will support the children throughout the week with Mrs McDonald and Miss Battye sharing the week between them.

Teddy Bear Chairs

Welcome back to the summer term! We have had a busy first week back and completed our DT project of structures. The children had designed a chair for a bear and this week we have made them. The children showed some excellent skills thinking about measurements, different joins and how to make the most stable chair for their bear. They each brought in a bear from home to test their chair too. The results were fantastic!
