Welcome to Autumn Term in Year 2! Please find on this page all the information you might need this year. There is a long term plan as well as Autumn's knowledge organisers below, which will be updated termly. Should you need anything further, please get in touch!
Mrs Moleele will be teaching on a Monday and Tuesday and Miss Christie will teach on a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Miss Smith will support the children throughout the week with Mrs McDonald and Miss Battye sharing the week between them.

Class Collective Worship on Compassion

Year 2 led a fantastic Collective Worship this week on our current value of compassion. They shared the meaning of the word compassion, read the story of the feeding of the 5000 and acted this out too. Then showed some artwork they had created to show how we could show compassion in our own lives. Their singing of the song 'I'm gonna be your friend' was excellent too.
